A Discord Support Agent oversees the communication activity on the Goodnight Bots live chat. Agents that can also translate will be in complete control of their designated language support category. He monitors the interchange of requests and initiates the direction to appropriate support links. Moving discussions from one channel to another to keep topics organized is also a common job for our Discord Support Agents. Agents must have experience with the software and be able to provide relevant advice to members looking for support.
If the tone of a live chat becomes hostile or starts to move in the direction of personal attacks, the Discord Support Agent usually has the ability to mute the discussion to prevent heated interchanges. Conversely, requests he feels deserve further examination can be forwarded indefinitely to the Developers and Admins for ongoing support.

A Community Developer is responsible for creation and implementing the back-end logic of Actions within the Goodnight Bots Software. A Community Developer is also responsible for connecting this with the services that reside on the front-end.
